PCM device star network application scheme

User requirements:

1. The transmission circuit from the state secondary network room to the county district is realized by renting the operator's local network circuit.

2. The installation and commissioning of transmission and supporting equipment shall be completed by the selected operator.

3. The operator selected for this project provides 155M transmission circuit, and each county/city occupies 8*2M transmission circuit. Red network calls require a transmission channel of 1*2M, dynamic ring monitoring requires 5*2M transmission channels, respectively, for dynamic ring collection upload requires a transmission channel of 1*2M, HD video surveillance upload requires a transmission channel of 4*2M, each county and city standby transmission channel 2*2M, each county/city requires a total of 8*2M transmission channels, all 155M channel encryption.

4. Configure four sets of remote PCM24 line devices for each county/city node according to service requirements, network coverage levels, and overall planning. The state office is equipped with a set of PCM128 line equipment, and a set of PCM integrated network management is built in the state computer room to centrally manage PCM equipment in all counties/cities in the state. PCM spare parts are not used in the current project, but are used in the later maintenance project.

5. This project will construct the circuit transmission from the state computer room to the PCM access room of each county, and use the encryption machine to encrypt. Where the routing distance between the newly built PCM access room in each county and the county organs and reception hotels is less than 3 kilometers, the communication cable shall be directly laid to the client by the newly built PCM access room in each county.

Requirement description:

The communication network based on E1 transmission is mainly used in the construction of communication network. As a supplier and solution provider of excellent communication products, Beijing Ruiguang Extreme Digital Technology Co., Ltd. has launched PCM service communication equipment based on E1 transmission. The communication is a crossover device for nodes, which can realize the cross-transmission of large-capacity services in the whole transmission network and meet the needs of service transmission of multiple sites.

Ø Large service capacity: one IDM SAP-G3CP SDH large-capacity integrated service cross-multiplexing device can correspond to a maximum of 84 IDM MAP4E1-30 integrated service cross-multiplexing devices;

Each remote IDM MAP4E1-30 integrated service cross-multiplexing device can provide 4E1 services and 30 narrowband service access for 64K (or Nx64K) users;

Ø The structure is hierarchical, and the working status of the lower-level equipment can be monitored in real time through the panel indicator light of the equipment or the network management system, and the abnormal situation of the lower-level equipment can be clearly judged.

High resource utilization, saving investment: In the actual communication service transmission, there are a large number of base group circuits with idle time slots, wasting valuable transmission resources. Through IDM SAP-G3CP device, the service circuits in several base groups can be concentrated into fewer base groups for transmission, thus saving transmission lines. IDM MSAP-G3CP equipment can be used to gather the same direction of different circuits for transmission, improve the utilization rate of the line, and effectively save capital investment.

Ø Strong network management ability: The network management software system independently developed by our company has the characteristics of comprehensive function and simple operation, which can provide users with a humanized operation interface and facilitate operators to carry out various operations; In the dispatching center, dispatchers can use the network management system (NMS) to monitor the running status of various services on the client in real time and configure services on each site online.

Ø Transmission reliability is guaranteed: IDM MSSAP -G3CP device main control panel and power panel 1+1 mutual backup, to ensure normal communication of various services; Various other devices are also designed with protection circuits and fault alarm indicators, which provide a strong judgment basis for the occurrence of various faults, and can effectively shorten the time spent on troubleshooting and reduce the failure rate.
