IDM MCC200 tunnel three defense IP telephone and cloud scheduling system

The smart site IP radio intercom system is mainly used for daily and emergency broadcasting, danger warning, background music playback and other functions. Remote calls to specific partitions are possible. In the entrance area, construction area and other different zoning configuration of the corresponding equipment, the camera and broadcast system can be connected to the platform at the same time, to achieve audio and video linkage, support multi-level cross-regional broadcast, widely used in construction sites, factories, enterprises and other need to cross-regional unified construction of the broadcast system. Broadcast voice notifications, background music, and emergency broadcasts to IP speakers or intercom terminals over the Internet.

The IDM MCC200 is a waterproof, dust-proof, and corroded IP telephone. It can be connected to the standard SIP softswitch system to realize telephone intercommunication. It can also be used in conjunction with the dispatching console to implement point-to-point calls, broadcast calls, multicast calls, forced disassembly, forced plug, transfer, monitoring, conference, recording, roll call, round call, alarm and other scheduling operations for each phone.

The softswitch server and scheduling server can be installed on the shared cloud, and all terminals can be connected through interconnection.

The server and terminal of this system can be deployed to work on the Internet. The dispatching console can be assigned to each unit to facilitate the dispatching operation of each unit.

 

 

The composition and function of a cloud scheduling system

The cloud dispatching system consists of cloud exchange service, dispatching service, dispatching desk and telephone.

The following scheduling functions are supported:

(1). Call: Pick up a single agent, click the extension button and call button, you can talk with the selected terminal. You can also assign buttons for outside lines. You can also use the screen dial or phone dial to realize the call function.

(2) Urgent call: Pick up a single agent, click the extension button and call button, you can make an emergency call with the selected terminal that accesses the IDM integrated access gateway. The urgent call object is the terminal that accesses the IDM gateway. The urgent call can generate a ringing tone different from that of a common call.

(3). Hang up: End the call to the selected terminal immediately

(4). Monitoring: monitor the selected terminal call, the other party does not perceive, can be divided into call monitoring and environmental monitoring and other application methods;

(5). Strong insertion: the selected terminal call in the call into a three-party conference mode;

(6). Secret language: talk to the selected terminal in the call, the other party does not perceive;

(7). Open: the selected terminal call in the call becomes a call with the console, and the other party is forced to hang up;

(8). Transfer: Transfer the selected terminal call to the specified terminal (blind transfer).

(9). Co-transfer: ask the extension for advice before the incoming call is transferred to the designated extension. It is often used to transfer calls to important leaders or important places.

(10). Roll call: It is used to call all the extensions in the group once. After connecting, the recorded voice is played. It can also be used for enterprise roll call, e-commerce sales, etc.

(11). Polling: It is used to call all the extensions in the group for N times. Each time, the extension that is not called is called, and stops after N times of calling, or stops after manual intervention. Often used for telephone notification services;

(12). Recording: record the specified phone and stop automatically when you hang up;

(13). Conference: interface used to create a temporary conference group for multiple selected extensions, activate and transfer to the conference group. You can also create a conference group on the address book interface.

(14). Broadcast: Interface used to create temporary broadcast groups for multiple selected extensions, activate and go to broadcast groups.

(15) Intercom: The interface used to create a temporary intercom group for multiple selected extensions, activate and transfer to the intercom group.

The cloud scheduling system includes the scheduling of the telephone and the scheduling of the loudspeaker broadcast. This typically includes softswitch systems and scheduling systems deployed to the cloud with fixed IP addresses, as well as PC terminals for managers, and scheduling terminals for Android users.
