The command and monitoring center sends spot data based on the predetermined vehicle responsibility area and spot location, generates a task list, and waits for vehicle feedback.
2.3 Flexible networking
Establish a data server within the intranet to store daily and historical land inspection information, as well as inspection information sent back by external inspection vehicles, based on the hardware and network conditions of the command and monitoring center; Establish a command, monitoring, and scheduling system on the external network, which can access the external network through various communication methods. It receives instructions transmitted by internal servers and forwards them to external patrol vehicles; External inspection vehicles reply with messages through onboard terminals, send them to the communication server, and then transmit them to the internal network server. GPRS or CDMA wireless data communication is used between the command, monitoring, and dispatch system and the on-board terminals of the inspection vehicles.
