Vehicle command and dispatch system

1.                      summary

There are various types of vehicle dispatch systems, with the main function being a new type of vehicle management platform based on the Internet. It is suitable for large transportation enterprises and uses information technology to locate, track, monitor, two-way voice intercom, command, and control vehicles. It also provides complete vehicle statistical reports and powerful data analysis functions. Simplify the management of enterprise vehicles, improve processes such as internal vehicle allocation and maintenance, and significantly enhance the management level and economic benefits of the enterprise.

Build a large-scale comprehensive management and scheduling system that combines GPS and Beidou satellite dual systems for positioning, monitoring, scheduling, and management, and integrates vehicle business management systems. This project includes the construction of vehicle mounted terminal equipment and the entire central system management platform, with each vehicle supporting video image transmission function..

Adopting a dual system of Global Positioning System (GPS) and Beidou positioning system to locate, monitor and command vehicles, transmitting positioning and tracking information through GPRS data channel and facilitating communication between both parties, it can supervise various types of vehicles in the local area.

According to the functions of data collection, data communication, and business processing, the system is mainly divided into the following three parts:

1) Vehicle terminal part: including GPS and Beidou receivers and corresponding antennas, GSM/GPRS modules, control units, alarm buttons, etc. Responsible for receiving and reporting GPS positioning information, alarms, requests for assistance, etc;

3.                      Main functions and structure

u       System composition structure

This vehicle intelligent monitoring and management system project adopts a hierarchical management architecture, where users manage corresponding onboard terminals according to different hierarchical permissions.

1) Characteristics of using B/S structure system

Google Maps is selected as the map, and its map needs to be bound with Google ID using the domain name. All positioning information is presented in Google Maps, which is mainly used for Internet remote management. The system can be used at any time and anywhere on the Internet, without downloading and installing any software. Support cross regional, multi branch, and multi branch business management.

2) Characteristics of using C/S structure system

The C/S structure is mainly used for secure vehicle management within the local area network. The map adopts MAPINFO offline map, which can be freely edited and defined for a certain area to meet the needs of users. The C/S structure system is mainly used for viewing and controlling vehicles through client login within the local area network.

u       Positioning and data transmission

The monitoring center can track the current location, speed, and direction of the vehicle at any time. When locating the vehicle, it can be monitored in various ways such as positioning, timing, distance, speed, route, range, and location. It has functions such as single point positioning, continuous monitoring, and key tracking and monitoring. And display the monitoring status of the vehicle on the system interface.

The vehicle positioning adopts dual positioning of Beidou and GPS, and also supports GPS and BD independent positioning to ensure the accuracy of positioning information, with a deviation of no more than 5 meters. The speed accuracy is 0.01 kilometers per hour, the cold start capture time is less than 40 seconds, and the re capture time is 2 seconds. The vehicle terminal uses 3G/GSM network to transmit data information to the central platform, supporting manual and automatic feedback of the vehicle's current location information. The minimum time interval for automatic feedback is 2 seconds. The functional requirements are as follows:

Collect time, longitude, latitude, speed, altitude, direction, and vehicle related status information, and upload them to the monitoring center through wireless communication;

Location status information such as time, longitude, latitude, speed, altitude, and direction can be stored inside the device; Capable of storing 10000 point data, with a recording time accuracy of within 24 hours and a cumulative time error of within ± 5 seconds;
After receiving positioning requests from the main or secondary monitoring center, it can upload positioning information and suspend real-time reporting from the corresponding center as required by the monitoring center; The time from receiving real-time positioning requests from the monitoring center to receiving responses from the terminal is less than 10 seconds;

When the vehicle is parked for a long time, the positioning information is uploaded at certain time intervals, and the time interval is set by the monitoring center;

The terminal uploads positioning information at certain time intervals, and the time is set by the monitoring center; In driving mode, the minimum timed reporting interval is 5 seconds, the maximum timed interval is no more than 60 seconds, and the default factory time is 30 seconds;

Trigger the upload of positioning information based on distance, and the distance interval can be set by the monitoring center; The default distance from the factory is 200m;

When a manual alarm is triggered, immediately upload location information.

u       Track replay

The monitoring center intuitively displays the position and driving trajectory of the vehicle on the electronic map. The database can be accessed at any time, and the specified vehicle's travel route trajectory can be replayed at the set time. The trajectory replay data can also be exported, and the vehicle terminal comes with historical trajectory storage. The vehicle can store 30000 trajectory points in network blind spots.
