5. Positioning and data transmission
The monitoring center can track the current location, movement speed, and direction of the ship at any time;
When positioning a ship, it can be monitored through various methods such as positioning, timing, distance, speed, route, range, and location;
It has functions such as single point positioning, continuous monitoring, and key tracking and monitoring;
Display the monitoring status of the vessel on the system interface;
Ship positioning adopts dual positioning of Beidou and GPS, and also supports GPS and BD independent positioning to ensure the accuracy of positioning information;
The ship terminal uses 3G/GSM network to transmit data information to the central platform, supporting manual and automatic transmission of the current location information of the ship.
6. Track playback
The monitoring center intuitively displays the position and trajectory of the ship on the electronic map;
The database can be accessed at any time, and the specified ship's travel route trajectory can be replayed at the set time. The trajectory replay data can also be exported;
The ship terminal comes with historical trajectory storage, and the ship can store 30000 trajectory points in network blind spots.
7. GIS function
Image display
Vector maps can be linked to other image maps, such as satellite photos, aerial photographs, etc.
8. Stepless zoom of the map
The map can be infinitely scaled, and the operation methods can include clicking on the map to zoom in/out by one, selecting a certain area on the map to zoom in/out to display the entire area, zooming in/out to a specific scale, and other methods. The entire scaling process is smooth and flicker free.
9. Layer Control
Through the layer manager, you can control whether a certain layer on the map is displayed and whether it can be queried.
10. Information annotation
Allow annotation of information points on GIS electronic maps, which support input, editing, and modification based on permissions.
11. Video surveillance system
The Beijing Command Center utilizes the functions provided by this system to conduct video surveillance of the command centers of various sea areas and various maritime surveillance ships. It can achieve flexible switching of on-site images, remote control of camera gimbal, and convenient combination display of multiple video images.
The command centers of each sea area command center conduct video surveillance on all maritime surveillance ships within their jurisdiction. It can achieve flexible switching of on-site images, remote control of remote camera gimbal, and convenient combination display of multiple video images.
Users can flexibly switch between live video frames, control the gimbal and camera, conveniently combine and display multiple video frames, and support two-way voice and visual intercom.
12. Video command and dispatch
With the unique multiple levels and permission modes of the remote video command and dispatch system, the on duty personnel of the Beijing Fleet Command Center can issue instructions and commands to the command centers of various sea areas or various maritime monitoring ships through the command and dispatch terminal. Real time two-way communication of audio and video information can be carried out between various departments and leaders and subordinates at all levels.
13. Video conferencing
The Beijing Command Center utilizes this system to organize traditional video conferences and engage in two-way audio and video communication and interaction with the command centers of various sea areas and maritime surveillance ships. The conference organizer can set up multiple meetings, each with a relatively fixed number of members, making it easy to organize the conference. Meeting members can join and leave the meeting group at any time. The conference organizer can control the speaking rights of each venue and broadcast a specific sub venue.
The system supports multiple forms of meetings: instant meetings, regular meetings, and multi group meetings.
Video conferences can be held as needed to achieve various meetings such as shift handover meetings, coordination meetings, and summary meetings, allowing for multi-point and multi-party two-way audio and video communication and interaction.
14. System management configuration
User management: User authentication, user level and permission setting management.
Device management: Terminal address resolution; Terminal parameter configuration, such as configuring terminal type, level permissions, codec address, multicast address, and type of video switcher; Real time monitoring of the working status of each terminal; Network video matrix access control; Video recording server access control.
