2. Purpose of System Construction
Taking the "six in one" task required by the armed police as the driving force, adhering to the overall idea of "comprehensive construction, system prevention and control, strong science and technology, and ensuring safety", applying new generation information technology means such as big data, Internet of Things, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, optimizing and integrating elements such as command, monitoring, protection, alarm, communication, disposal, and duty information management, focusing on the "one core", namely duty control and big data analysis system, improving the "four systems", namely the peripheral barrier system for remote filtering of deep defense, the information perception system centered on duty sentinels, the comprehensive alarm system covering the target area comprehensively, and the efficient joint defense linkage system of internal management and external defense coordination, realizing the transformation of duty deployment from fixed vigilance to mobile patrol control. The prevention and control have shifted from passive disposal to active prevention The "four transformations" of surveillance observation have shifted from focusing on control points and lines to focusing on control areas and control zones, and from focusing on station image sentries to focusing on station combat sentries. 2.1 Service control and big data analysis system
