Raytrans Extreme Far Fusion Command and Rapid Deployment Dispatch System Technical Solution

Overview of the Plan
In recent years, with the advancement of technology and informatization, in order to meet the actual business needs of users, the integrated command platform supports network integration with other systems. Various system businesses can be converged on the integrated platform for use, and it also supports outputting video/voice and other information to the upper command platform, achieving business integration, sharing, and efficient command.
This plan will introduce and design the networking scheme, main functions, and product specifications for the integrated command platform and rapid deployment of small stations.
Second networking scheme: Frontline → Second level Command Center → First level Command Center

In this plan, the business flow is designed as follows: the high-definition ball machines and SIP video phones on the front line are connected to the command post through fiber optic transmission, so as to transmit data back to the integrated communication host deployed in the command post. The front-end unmanned aerial vehicles transmit video back to the command post through 5G VPN encryption, and at the same time, the command post achieves integration and interoperability with the rear through a private network.
Through the above networking method, it is possible to achieve audio and video scheduling services for front-end nodes at the rear and command post respectively. The command post and the rear can simultaneously call relevant services without interfering or affecting each other.
Three main functions
3.1 On site supervision
The front-end node uploads on-site video and audio data, and can also maintain communication with the command center; The command center achieves effective uploading of front-end information and rapid issuance of command center instructions by real-time viewing of on-site images and saving videos, achieving supervision and recording of on-site situations.
3.2 Real time calling
Front end node personnel conduct two-way visual communication with the command center and rear through front-end equipment, facilitating timely reporting and instruction transmission, and unified action command; The system supports echo cancellation and noise suppression, avoiding crosstalk and noise phenomena; The recorder is equipped with high-quality speakers, which can maintain high-quality intercom in noisy outdoor environments.
3.3 Real time video
Frontline ground and drone video capture terminals support the collection of various high-definition video information (D1/720P/1080P), using fiber optic and 5G/4G wireless communication technology to achieve video feedback, making it easy for the command center to view in real time and grasp the on-site situation; While viewing the video, you can save the video file and bind it with the terminal device ID number or personnel information for easy access and management in the future.
3.4 Visual Command
By combining GIS mapping and video surveillance, resources can be integrated and visualized to assist the command center in achieving mobile informatization and intelligence, making decision-making more timely, intelligent, and efficient.
3.5 GIS One Map
Visualize on GIS maps, including basic personnel information, call group information, equipment status, key areas, etc. For video users, they can also directly view the current video surveillance screen on the GIS interface. Management personnel can view all resource types within the selected area through box selection on GIS, and allocate tasks and issue decision-making instructions reasonably.
Function Description of Four Core Devices - IDM RG3200 Audio Fusion Scheduling Machine
4.1 Overview
The IDM RG3200 audio fusion scheduling machine is a PBX/IPPBX fusion communication device developed and designed by Beijing Ruiguang Jiyuan. It is widely used in telecommunications operators, governments, industries, and large and medium-sized enterprise users, and has powerful functions. The product is designed using advanced digital integrated circuits, highly integrated optimized structures, and PBX/IPPBX communication technology. It can be deployed on the enterprise side or in the operator's data center to provide users with a comprehensive solution that integrates audio and video.
The system adopts a modular design and board assembly method, supporting various signaling modes such as PRI, NO.1, NO.7, SIP/H323. It can connect traditional PSTN networks and operator VOIP soft switch platforms, and can achieve voice, fax, and data transmission based on TDM networks and IP networks, realizing secure and efficient internal audio and video fusion communication in enterprises.
