IDM Visual Duty System
Keywords: duty system, armed police dispatch system, integrated communication, duty roll call system, visual intercom system, visual command system, visual voice broadcast, duty roll call system, audio and video intercom system
System Requirements
(1). Users at the three levels of division, detachment, and sub division;
(2). The system uses an intranet, encrypted with 4G/5GVPN, and can also run on mobile individual terminals
(3). Subordinates can achieve audio and video communication with their immediate superiors with just one click; Superiors can make one click calls to subordinates; When two subordinates are talking, the superior can use the disconnect function to make a one click call and disconnect the original call at the same time; Superiors can initiate video broadcasts directly to all subordinates with just one click; The detachment can choose to implement video conferencing; When the headquarters selects a team for a meeting, the corresponding team user is automatically selected;
(4). When the superior selects the subordinate's audio and video intercom or video conference, the video will not be turned on by default; When a subordinate calls a superior, video is enabled by default
(5). The superior has the function of viewing the real-time status of subordinate devices.
System Design
(1). The superior adopts the one click call function on the intelligent terminal to the subordinate;
(2). Has the function of forcibly disconnecting and connecting subordinate phones that are currently in communication with superiors;
(3). The superior has the ability to view the real-time status of subordinate devices;
(4). The superior has the ability to monitor and monitor the audio and video of the subordinate;
(5). Indoor duty teams can use video phones, while external duty teams can use video intercom terminals;
(6). Superiors can make video broadcasts and speeches to subordinates;
(7). Other members can be invited to join the meeting during the ongoing call
(8). The leaders of the detachment and the headquarters use touch desktop terminals, equipped with desktop USB intercom microphones. The USB microphones come with 3W amplifiers and speakers, and have LCD displays to display incoming phone numbers or PTT speakers. In addition to direct power supply, USB can also connect keyboards and mice, making it convenient to use.
Three system advantages
(1). All use domestically produced chips and independently controllable software;
(2). The IDM MCC-7000 used by the headquarters and sub teams is a 21.5-inch touch all-in-one machine with smooth operation and desktop integrated scheduling microphone configuration. It has good performance and playback effect, and the microphone can be powered by the host USB; LCD displays incoming call information; Controllable volume;
(3). The team adopts IDM MCC-500 integrated visual intercom host, with clear sound pickup, loud playback, and clear recording from 5 million high-definition cameras;
(4). High performance servers can be configured to meet the needs of more users participating in video conferencing;
(5). Design fast communication buttons in multiple ways to achieve one click interoperability;
(6). The scheduling interface has a clear organizational structure and ensures priority functionality;
(7). The team end visual intercom terminal has customizable switch buttons, such as for timed reporting, alarm, access control and door opening, etc;
(8). Can expand the video inspection function;
(9). Can achieve video conferencing function;
(10). Can expand PTT group intercom. PTT intercom group can be set up, and all terminals can join wired group PTT intercom.

4.1.1.1 Overview
The IDM RG3200 audio fusion scheduling machine is a PBX/IPPBX fusion communication device developed and designed by Beijing Ruiguang Jiyuan. It is widely used in telecommunications operators, governments, industries, and large and medium-sized enterprise users, and has powerful functions. The product is designed using advanced digital integrated circuits, highly integrated optimized structures, and PBX/IPPBX communication technology. It can be deployed on the enterprise side or in the operator's data center to provide users with a comprehensive solution that integrates audio and video.
The system adopts a modular design and board assembly method, supporting various signaling modes such as PRI, NO.1, NO.7, SIP/H323. It can connect traditional PSTN networks and operator VOIP soft switch platforms, and can achieve voice, fax, and data transmission based on TDM networks and IP networks, realizing secure and efficient internal audio and video fusion communication in enterprises.

4.1.1.3 Equipment Functions
(1). Rack mounted, ≥ Xeon quad core, ≥ 4G DDR3, ≥ 1T, 220V single power supply, gigabit network card;
(2). Protocol support: SIP2.0/TFTP/FTP/SNMP/TELNET/HTTP/IEEE 802.1Q/IEEE 802.1X/RTSP;
(3). The architecture of the software platform HFT must meet the "cloud, management, and end" architecture, making it easy to migrate from servers to the cloud in the later stage; The exchange system software adopts LINUX system; Equipped with modules such as integrated command and dispatch software, integrated communication service software, publishing service software, and consultation service software; The system software supports up to 100 concurrent communications and up to 500 user registrations; Support cascading of multiple machines; According to user needs, select the number of concurrent routes and user registrations.
(4). Support interfaces with voice command subsystem, broadband cluster subsystem, video conferencing system, video surveillance system, individual soldier system, emergency response plan system, GIS system, LED display system, and other system linkage interfaces; Realize centralized and unified management and control of various subsystems;
(5). Customized development can be carried out based on the interfaces provided by the subsystems; Capable of dual machine backup;
(6). It has integrated communication function, broadband cluster function, publishing service function, electronic fax function, SMS service function, video service function, voice consultation service function, video consultation service function, and integrated command and dispatch function (i.e. it has access and centralized management functions for various voice terminals, broadband cluster terminals, information publishing, video monitoring, video conferencing, GIS and other system information resources, unified calling, and realizes integrated command and dispatch services for voice, video, and data media streams).
(7). Support integrated voice scheduling function, basic intercom function, conference call function, video scheduling function and other scheduling functions; Support providing SIP relay function to achieve integration with third-party systems; Support GIS scheduling function: direct click call, direct click video viewing, circle call, motion trajectory recording/query, etc.
(8). The dispatch console interface has basic meeting functions such as creating/modifying/revoking meeting venues, adding members to the venue, opening/prohibiting speech, kicking out the venue, locking the venue, ending the meeting, broadcasting/ending the broadcast, and recording the venue;
(9). Supporting interconnection with video conferencing systems, scheduling meetings can serve as an extension and backup of existing video conferences. When video conferences are limited by objective conditions and cannot be held, users can add their regular landline phones, mobile phones, etc. to the audio conference.
