三、 IDM M9000B Communication and Command Dispatch Machine ---- the advantage of systemic function
At present, the development trend of Dispatch machine tends to develop IP. The international Civil Aviation Organization has also introduced the using standard of Dispatch machine in the air traffic control. But the important areas of IP Dispatch machine has specific requirements toward the function of IP transmission network, such as the port traffic restrictions, VLAN division and so on. And theses requirements are the basic safeguard of the IP Dispatch machine’s reliable application and all of these are IP private network. There are still many security risks transmitting IP voice on the office network which doesn’t have IP transmission plans.
M9000B is a voice scheduling system which is based on the traditional TDM time slot switching.
There are many kinds of traditional voice interface card. There characteristics of M9000B are the quick response of switching, a large capacity hardware voice conference room and high speed starting of every system module. M9000B is still main choice of products which applied in the areas of high level safety. Its scheduling control is based on TDM but it provided VOIP channels when the voice is transmitted and received. M9000B can use wires IP network and it is convenient and flexible.
四、IDM M9000B Communication and Command Dispatch Machine----Product series
IDM M9000B can be inserted WG300 disk and provide 120 channels 64k PCM voice(FXO, FXS, E&M voice, Mag). It also can offer wireless radio station interface and VHF radio interface to satisfy the standard of multi machines control. IDM M9000B support the Ethernet ports of dispatch table and also offers the No. 1, No. 7, PRI signaling receiving of 2 channels E1 and also can be used to connect PCM extended user interface channels.

IDM M9000B can connect at most 48 channels wireless radio equipments, including HF(short wave), VHF(super short wave) single side band radio, 350M and 800M cluster intercom.
The replay ports and user ports are:
GSM/CDMA interface;
WAN port support electric interface(RJ45) or the IP phone receiving channels of optical interface;
Common phone replay port;
Common magnetic ports or 2100HZ magnetic interface;
Satellite phone ports;
China No. 1, No. 7, PRI signaling.
This equipment can connect at most 120 channels common telephone or wired intercom terminal and also can extend 60 channels through 2 channels E1 ports.
2. IDM M9000B Communication and Command Dispatch Machine---Introduction of host use disk.
The main control exchange disk can provide telephone conference and hold at most 32 conference call and also can offer the detection of 64 channels DTMF. The main control disk supports 2 groups E1 interface and can be formulated as China No. 7 or PRI signaling and also can be formulated as 60 channels user interface.
M9000C can be directly connected with the terminals of the dispatch telephone and also be used to achieve flexible dispatch functions with cooperating with the dispatch platform.
This device record 30 channels voice at the same time and also can send the recorded E1 voice to the computers through the Ethernet.
The machine supports 12 user disks and ever disk can insert VHF disk interface, FXS user dial disks, FXO Bureau telephone disks, hot hotline disks and MAG magnetic telephone disks.
When the user disk is inserted into VHF station interface, the number of every disk is 4 and it can connect the radio transmitter, receiver, remote control desk, etc.
When it is inserted into FXO, FXO and MAG disk, the number of disk is 10 channels.
FXO interface is allowed to access the scheduling resources of M9000B through the switching user lines. VHF radio interface can be heard by the FXO.
FXS user interface can be connected with the common telephone and the PTT intercom terminal. It can also receive the distant operation site through PCM.
3. IDM M9000B Communication and Command Dispatch Machine----Host working mode.
1. Multi conference mode: it adopts multi conference mode when connects with common telephone. Every VHF radio station is equipped with 1 conference number and the other telephone listening mode can dial the number and go into the meeting room. In the conference room, the voice of any parties(including radio and telephone) can be sent to other phones and VHF radio station. The VHF radio’s continuous talking time are not more than 2 minutes. When the number of free intercom terminals is beyond the meeting room capacity, it can increase the number of terminals which only have answering function.
Ordinary telephone intercom mode: the number of telephone which can talks with VHF radio is not restricted. After the telephone dials the VHF radio number, it can listen the voice of the radio station. When it needs to talk with radio, simply press the flash key on the telephone and can get 20 seconds speech time(the system default 20 seconds, the talking time can be added).
PTT terminal talkback mode: the intercom terminal keeps listening the radio under this mode. When needed to speak, press the PPT key and the talking time is determined by the intercom terminal.
Radio mode: the voice of the VHF radio is spread to the telephones which are keeping listening mode. The telephone only receives the voice of VHF and the number of telephone is not restricted.
4. IDM M9000B Communication and Command Dispatch Machine----- Wireless channel access control mode
PPT control mode: the audio interface with PPT function can use the PPT control mode when it connect the wireless radio station and cluster interface.
DSP volume control mode: some audio terminals without PPT functions(such as the conference microphone), need to monitor the volume and control the receiving and sending through the volume.
The double audio frequency telephone keyboard control mode: telephone and mobile phone can send a command which controls the receiver and sending of the wireless interface to dispatch machine through the dual voice board.

Each M9000C can be expanded by E1. Because of the 4 channels ports of radio interface, it can extend 30 channels radio interface through every E1 ports.
