IDM DP2000 Audio Access Gateway

I Overview

The IDM DP2000 Audio Access Gateway provides audio-to-SIP conversion, rack-mounted, supporting no fewer than 8 audio interfaces per unit. Each device is equipped with 1 Ethernet port and 1 serial debugging port, with a default configuration of 2 audio interfaces. It interfaces with conference room mixing consoles, audio matrices, amplification systems, and microphones. The device supports dual registration, SIP protocol, G.711, G.723, and G.729 voice codecs, T.30 and T.38 fax, QOS echo suppression, and WEB-based management.

u The device’s LED indicators provide status alerts, allowing users to easily determine if the device is operating normally or in an alert state. The LED indicators are defined as follows:

ACT	Green	Device Operation Indicator	Flashes every 250ms when the CPU is working normally; steady or off if not.
STU	Red/Green	Status Indicator	Steady red if WAN port fails to obtain an IP address (e.g., no cable, DHCP failure, IP conflict, PPPoE failure); flashing red if the device is starting or updating; steady green if registration is successful; alternating red and green if registration fails; blinking green if there is a call; off if registration is not enabled.
WAN	Green	WAN Port Indicator	Steady green if WAN connection is established but no traffic; blinking green if there is traffic.
PC	Green	PC Port Indicator	Steady green if the link is up but no traffic; blinking green if there is traffic; off if the link is down.
WORK	Green	WORK Indicator	Blinking green if the CPU is operating normally.
CALL	Green	CALL Indicator	Blinking green if the device is operating normally.
1–8	Green	Channel Audio Indicator	Lights up if there is audio on the respective channel; off if there is no audio.
