       Product Overview

The IDM DXC5200 time slot crossover device is one of the time slot crossover devices designed by our company using dedicated large-scale integrated circuits. Connect between user terminal devices or between user terminal devices and the public switched telephone network through a 2M transmission medium.

The device is fully equipped with 240 sets of standard E1 transmission interfaces and adopts PCM30/31 standard. Simultaneously, it has 240 sets of 64K time slot non blocking cross connection devices between E1. At the same time, the device has multiple clock modes, which can meet the clock requirements of various application environments.

The key modules such as the main control panel and power panel of the device adopt dual disk mutual backup.

       Product Features

(1).       19 inch 3U standard chassis, 2 power disk slots, 2 main control disk slots, and 11 business disk slots;

(2).       Dual 48V power supply, supporting 1+1 redundant protection;

(3).       Dual master control, supporting 1+1 redundant protection;

(4).       Main control panel: supports cross capacity of 7200 × 7200 64K time slots, providing user interface access and management, data and signaling cross connection, system synchronization, and device networking control and management; Support digital level adjustment for all E1 channels within a single ended device. The main control board supports remote online upgrade function;

(5).       E1 business disk: A single disk provides 24 E1 interfaces, wired through European sockets, and supports remote online upgrade function;

(6).       Network management disk: supports online collection of third-party manufacturer TS16 signaling formats through network management software, and automatically saves them. It is possible to set the signaling format for any 64K time slot in 240 E1, enabling interconnection and intercommunication of telephone services between PCM devices from any manufacturer;

(7).       Test disk: Configure the test port, which is configured as an FXS interface. By using the test port through the network management, it is possible to perform tests such as sending bell streams, sending audio, receiving audio, three-way communication, two-way communication, monitoring, and 64K time slot two-way loop back for specified 64K time slots.

(8).       The device also supports the insertion of 64K and N * 64K service cards, and the types and quantities of services can be configured arbitrarily within the shelf. Each slot can output 8 or 10 64K services, supporting FXS/FXO, magnet, 2/4-wire EM, RS232/RS422/RS485, GSM/CDMA services.
