I       Overview

The IDM IV2000 Video Media Gateway is designed to bridge video conferencing systems, video command and dispatch systems, instant messaging systems, and SIP-based softswitch systems with video surveillance systems. This product addresses the technical challenges of integrating video surveillance images into video-related systems, allowing users to access and display one or multiple video feeds from a surveillance system in command and dispatch or conferencing systems. It provides accurate and intuitive on-site situation displays, making it particularly suitable for integrated meetings, emergency response, and command and dispatch scenarios.

II       Device Functions

u      Integration with Surveillance Platforms: Supports integration with Hikvision, Dahua, and Uniview surveillance platforms via the GB/28181 protocol, accommodating at least 2000 video points of access and supporting the forwarding and distribution of at least 32 channels of 1080P video streams simultaneously.

u       Protocol Conversion: Enables seamless conversion between standard RTSP/RTMP/GB28181/ONVIF protocols to SIP and SIP to RTSP/RTMP/GB28181/ONVIF protocols, with support for video output in RTSP/RTMP/GB28181/ONVIF formats.

u     Integration with Mobile Devices: Supports video feed integration from popular drones, PTZ cameras, and other mobile devices.

u       Support for Mobile and Handheld Devices: Allows for video input from individual terminals and smartphones.

u  Automatic Device Directory Synchronization: Automatically synchronizes and retrieves device directory information for devices using the GB28181 protocol.

u       Stream Conversion: Supports automatic conversion of various video stream formats from surveillance devices to SIP-negotiated streams.

u   Non-Standard to Standard Conversion: Converts non-standard streams from Dahua and older surveillance systems to standard H.264 streams.

u       Video Forwarding: Allows forwarding of a single video feed to multiple viewers.

u       Standard Conversion: Supports conversion of a single video feed into different standard stream formats.

u       PTZ Control: Supports PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) control functions using SIP INFO and RFC2833.

u       Two-Way Audio: Supports bidirectional voice intercom.
