I       Product Overview

IDM MSTP8000 Integrated Service Transmission Equipment is a new generation of access type optoelectronic integrated transmission equipment based on SDH technology launched by Beijing Raytrans Digital Technology Co., Ltd. It is optimized for large user access and provides access and transmission of multiple services. It can meet the needs of a wide range of users for broadband and narrowband fiber optic access, while also meeting the needs of larger capacity users and providing more reliable communication protection. The IDM MSTP8000 integrated service transmission equipment is designed according to the functional modules defined in G.783 recommendation, providing complete monitoring, access, protection, network management functions for services that SDH equipment has, as well as Ethernet access functions required by MSTP equipment.

The IDM MSTP8000 integrated service transmission equipment is a multi service SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) optical transmission system with SDH and EOS technologies as its core, and STM-1 level. Its technical performance fully complies with ITU-T standards. This device can provide up to 4 STM-16/STM-4/STM-1 optical interfaces and up to 4 EOS based Gigabit Ethernet ports (sharing up to 8 VC4 bandwidths); 24 E1 interfaces, and also supports various 64K services including FXS/FXO, V.35/V.24, hotlines, magnets, etc. It can also be connected to video signals, making it convenient to set up video surveillance systems. This device has the network element timing, VC-12 cross connection, and channel protection functions of ITU-T G.813 standard. In addition, the IDM MSTP8000 integrated service transmission equipment can also serve as an add/drop multiplexer or terminal multiplexer, used to build point-to-point, point to multipoint chain and ring transmission networks. The whole machine adopts a plug-in card structure, which can be configured with different quantities and types of business disks and card insertion according to actual needs, reducing initial investment and facilitating future expansion, upgrading, and maintenance.

II       Product Features

 

(1).       Adopting a 19 inch standard 3U chassis and plug-in design; Provide 17 3U user disk slots;

(2).       Four SFP type STM-16/STM-4/STM-1 optical interfaces, supporting SDH ring network, chain network, and branch 1+1 channel protection;

(3).       Provide full cross-over between TDM interface services:

(4).       VC12 cross capacity: 6174 × 6174

(5).       VC3 particle crossover capacity: 288 * 288

(6).       VC4 particle crossover capacity: 96 * 96

(7).       Support one-way, two-way, and broadcast services;

(8).       Supports access to up to 170 64K time slot services;

(9).       Four sets of physically isolated EoS Ethernet can be provided, with each set having a bandwidth of:

(10).       VC4 particles: The maximum size can be set to N × VC4 (N=1-8);

(11).       VC3 particles: The maximum size can be set to N × VC3 (N=1~24);

(12).       VC12 particles: The maximum size can be set to N × VC12 (N=1~50);

(13).       Each group shall provide one set of reserved Ethernet ports for expansion; Expand the number of Ethernet interfaces used in conjunction with the 8FE drive;

(14).       Provide 5-in-1 2-wire audio card: 3U-8MVOICE; Each disc provides 8 channels of 2-line audio; Each 2-line audio can be configured as FXO/FXS/hotline/magnet/2100 magnet mode;

(15).        Can be inserted into a radar data access disk, providing 4 radar data service interfaces per disk, supporting synchronous and asynchronous working modes. In synchronous mode, the transmission rate supports 300bps/600bps/1.2kbps/2.4kbps/4.8kbps/9.6kbps/19.2kbps/38.4kps/57.6kbps/64kbps/115.2kbps/128kbps. In asynchronous mode, the maximum transmission rate supports 38.4kbps, and rates below 38.4kbps are adaptive;

(16).       The clock source can be selected from line clock, external clock (2Mbit/s or 2MHz), and free oscillation;

(17).       Provide 17 user slots, which can accommodate various business disks, and offer PDH E1FXO/FXSV.24/V.28/V.35EM2/4 Access to voice and data services such as hotline, magnet phone, high fidelity audio, X.50, and 10M/100M Ethernet;

(18).       Can insert 3UMPCONV user optical port expansion disk and WG300 signaling exchange disk;

(19).       The standard model has a relay free transmission distance of 40 kilometers; Customization can be made beyond this transmission distance;

(20).       Provide Ethernet management channels based on DCC, E1, N * 64K, and TCP/IP, and offer SNMP simple network management protocol;
